When you reach out through Burnedsave Pest Control, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is the person or business who will look at your problem and quote the job. Burnedsave Pest Control does not do the work and does not send staff to your home.

Providers run their own businesses. Each one sets its own prices, schedule and methods. That is why it helps to ask questions up front.

What Happens on the Call

The first conversation is usually short. Expect questions like these:

• What are you seeing, and where in the home?
• How long has it been going on?
• Do you have photos or notes?
• Is the home a single-family house or a multi-family building?

There is no need to know the name of the pest. Just describe what you see in your own words. Photos make this much easier. Request a callback to check provider availability and talk through your situation.

What to Ask a Provider

It helps to have a short list in front of you. Write it down before you reach out.

• Are you licensed in this state for this type of work?
• Do you carry liability insurance?
• What will the visit include, and what will it not include?
• What methods or products do you use, and are they safe for kids and pets?
• Can I get the quote in writing before work starts?
• Is there a follow-up visit, and is it part of the price?
• Can you help me document damage if I need to talk to my insurer?

Prices vary by pest, home size and how far the problem has spread. A written quote lets you compare options calmly.

Keep Your Own Records

Save your photos, your notes, and every quote or receipt in one folder. If you later talk with an insurance company, those records can help. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask for more than one estimate. You can say no. You can take a day to think. A good provider will understand.
