Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use burnedsave.property and the referral service Burnedsave Pest Control offers through it. When you browse the site, phone the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Burnedsave Pest Control Does

Burnedsave Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals, or do any other pest control work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are matched with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We also make no promise about whether a provider will be available, how fast they will respond, or how their work will turn out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.
